DESCRIPTION:Topic: Substance Use and Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace: How Can We Help? \nPresenters: \nMarianne Wolfe\, LSW\, CEAP / Allied Trades Assistance Program\, Managed Care Supervisor \nDetails: \nDetails: Substance abuse and mental health strongly impact occupational health and safety.  This issue is especially acute in the construction industry.  Our speaker will use construction as a point of reference\, sharing concepts and tools that are applicable to all industries.  She will address: \n\nAddiction in the Construction Industry\nMental Health in the Construction Industry\nSuicide Awareness\nWhat is in your toolbox to help?\n\nEmployee Assistance Programs\nPeer Advocates\nLocal Support Groups\nNarcan and First Aid\n\n\n\nCertificates of attendance will be provided for professional certification maintenance points. \nRegister Now\nMarianne Wolfe has been the Managed Care Supervisor of the Allied Trades Assistance Program (ATAP) since April 2016. Marianne has served clients and families in the Behavioral Health field for over 20 years. Marianne received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002. Marianne graduated from Temple University with her Master of Social Work degree in 2011. She currently holds her License in Social Work and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).  Prior to starting at ATAP\, Marianne provided direct clinical services as well as clinical care management for the Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission and The Council of Southeastern Pennsylvania as Manager of Clinical/Program services. \nPlease join us in person\, and network with the Philadelphia AND Penn-Jersey safety communities for the in-person meeting price of only $20\, which includes lunch.
