DESCRIPTION:We invite you to exhibit at MACSC’s Annual Vendor Showcase. This annual event is the one time during the year for members to showcase your products and services. \nMaximize your company’s visibility at the July Vendor Showcase. As an exhibitor\, you’ll have the chance to highlight your offerings and expand your outreach to the occupational safety and health professionals in the Mid Atlantic Construction Safety Council (MACSC). Benefit from increased exposure before and during the event\, along with valuable networking opportunities to establish connections and enhance brand recognition as an Exhibitor. \nPlease note\, we are offering complimentary professional headshots to all attendees at the event. \nFriday\, July 12\, 2024\nThe Cynwyd Club\n332 Trevor Lane\, Bala Cynwyd\, PA 19004 \nFeatures of the Vendor Showcase for exhibitors: \n\n1 (one) 6 ft. exhibit table and two chairs and includes lunch. You may bring your own additional table coverings\, back drops\, posters\, etc.\nYou can also get a second table with a price discount\nPlease specify when you sign up if you need electricity\nExhibitors will be featured on the MACSC website and printed material\nSpace is assigned on a first-come\, first-served basis\, so sign-up early and receive a prime location!\n\nDay of Event Vendor Showcase for exhibitors: \n\nSet-up time that morning July 12\, will be 9:30AM\nAttendee doors open at 10:00AM\nBuffet lunch opens at 11:30AM\nEvent wraps up at 1:30PM\n\nMember: $300 includes 1 (one) exhibit table and all features listed above \nMember: $500 includes 2 (two) 6 ft. exhibit tables and all features listed above \nNon-Member: $550 includes 1 (one) 6 ft. exhibit table\, all features listed above and a six-month membership. This is for New Members only who sign up for the Vendor Showcase\, not current members. \nAll Exhibitors\, please submit a company logo to sgeyer@macsc.org so we can include your information on our website and advertising.  In the subject write: “Exhibitor Logo”. \nWe will have great networking at the Showcase and we invite you to provide Door Prize items for the event!
