OSHA’s Top Ten Most Cited Safety Standards During Fiscal Year 2023, and Managing Safety Beyond the Obvious (OH&S complimentary webinar series

Each year OSHA publishes a “Top Ten” list of citations issued to employers during the previous fiscal year (October 1st to September 30th). The list gives employers an idea of the top violations that OSHA has identified during their visits to facilities and jobsites across the United States and some of the things they should look out for on their own worksites. At the time of this presentation, it is anticipated that OSHA will have just released a preliminary summary of its citation data for fiscal year 2023.
