Safety Director
 A heavy highway and bridge contractor located in West Chester, PA, seeks a dedicated, motivated, and energetic professional with two or more years experience in construction safety and health to oversee company safety program.  Role includes field and administrative oversight, planning, development, and implementation of a program for a workforce of over 120 employees.  Responsibilities include interaction with clients, regulatory agencies, employee training, field investigation, and interaction with management.

Candidate must be a self-starter, able to deal effectively with office and field employees, and possess excellent communication skills.  Role includes employee supervision, leads and directs company actions in regards to regular safety audits of construction projects, responds to accidents and prepare accident investigation reports, preparing site specific safety plans as needed, and deal with workers compensation insurance.

Site Safety Manager 
AES Clean Tech is looking for a Safety Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for implementing the company’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan and related programs at construction sites or production plants. The Safety Manager works closely with project management, superintendents, foremen and our subcontractors to recognize and address potential hazards before they exist and take the appropriate steps to mitigate the hazard and reduce the risk of incidents. Needing someone that is fully bilingual in English/Spanish.
