In preparation for Construction Suicide Prevention Week (Sept 14-18), Sonya Bohmann from the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP) led a interactive presentation and conversation to expand our emphasis, knowledge, and skillsets surrounding mental health in the construction industry. The interactive workshop explored how to establish a culture of care, shared appropriate local and national resources, and discussed post-observation follow-up for mental health assistance.
