Tradeswomen Safety Summit May 2, 2026

NAWIC Philadelphia a NAWIC Philadelphia and Penn[1]Jersey Tradeswomen Association is ready to kick-off Construction Safety Week 2026! Join us on Saturday 5/2 at the IBEW Local 98 Union Hall for a morning of networking, professional development, and education. Vendors will also be on-site to share PPE options designed specifically for women!

This event is open to everyone interested in learning more about safety in construction. Our diverse list of vendors includes Carhartt, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Red Wing, Diamond Tool, C&C, and many others.

The summit will feature a presentation on women’s safety equipment in the workplace, followed by a “Know Your Rights” seminar hosted by Chicago Women In the Trades.

9:45AM Networking, Vendor Show, Break & Refreshments
10:30AM – 12:00PM: “Your Rights at Work” Workshop seminar hosted by Chicago Women In the Trades.
