Employee Assistance Program (EPA)
The next MACSC meeting will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023 at The Cynwyd Club. The topic will be “Workers’ Mental Health Issues” featuring guest speaker Marianne Wolfe, LSW, CEAP, Allied Trades Assistance Program, Managed Care Supervisor and will include:
- Latest incident data from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA).
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP); what it is, benefits of the program, success, and resources made available (employee and employer)
- Best practices and lessoned learned on managing the program
- Present-day illnesses causing subtances
We encourage you to share this information with your HR team and bring them to the meeting. There will be no cost incurred for them to attend.
