PLANNING PROJECTS FOR PROJECT OWNERS AND DESIGNERS PROGRAM: Pennsylvania One Call

February 14 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Are you an architect, engineer or other person who or which prepares a drawing for a construction, or other projects which requires excavation or demolition work in Pennsylvania? Then you are considered a Designer under the PA Underground Utility Line Protection Act 287 as Amended (Pennsylvania 811 Law). This one-hour program will explain the Designer obligations under the Pennsylvania 811 Law including SUE requirements. A complimentary lunch will be served starting at 11:30AM, program to start at 12:00PM, preregistration is required. This course is equal to 1 PDH for Professional Engineering Training.  Lunch: 11:30am Program Start: 12:00pm Program End: 1:00pm

Directions to EventAll attendees are encouraged to join at 10:30 AM for the quarterly meeting of the Delaware Valley Damage Prevention Council. The Delaware Valley Damage Prevention Council is a group of stakeholders who promote safe, efficient excavation, utility coordination and education. It is made up of contractors and their representatives, utility companies, government agencies, and others who serve the excavation and utility industry. The group has been meeting for more than a decade and is chartered through the Common Ground Alliance, a nonprofit national association of similar stakeholders.
