Join GBCA, the Philadelphia Building Trades Safety Committee (PBTSC), the Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Committee (MACSC), and the Philadelphia Area Labor Management Committee (PALM BUILT-RITE) for a comprehensive half-day forum and workshop series focused on mental health in the construction industry.
The construction industry is facing a growing mental health crisis, with workers experiencing some of the highest suicide rates across all professions, along with widespread challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and chronic stress. This forum will explore available resources and highlight best practices for addressing mental health on and off the job site.
Please consider sending your owners, stewards, front-line supervisors and safety representatives, as well as apprenticeship trainers.
