MACSC Monthly Meeting Sponsorship Program

Purpose: The Mid Atlantic Construction Safety Council (MACSC) Lunch Sponsorship Program provides all members with an opportunity to introduce their company to MACSC members during our monthly membership meetings.

This program is designed to help members learn about the products, services, and expertise available within the construction safety community while building stronger relationships between MACSC members and supporting vendors.

Program Guidelines: Company must be a current MACSC member in good standing. Company will be recognized during the monthly MACSC meeting and given a brief opportunity to address attendees.

Sponsorship Fee: $500 per monthly meeting

As a sponsor, you may:

• Introduce your company and representatives.
• Provide a brief overview of your products and services.
• Share how your organization can support the members of the MACSC.

Presentations should be informational and educational in nature rather than a sales presentation. The goal is to provide members with useful information and introduce them to resources that may benefit their organizations.

Sponsorship Benefits: As a MACSC Lunch Sponsor, your company will receive:

• Recognition in meeting announcements and communications.
• Direct exposure to construction safety professionals, contractors, owners, and industry stakeholders.
• Opportunity to build relationships with MACSC members.
• An exhibitor table at the meeting venue.
• Increased visibility and awareness of your company’s products, services, and expertise.

Presentation Expectations

• Sponsor remarks should be limited to approximately 5 minutes.
• Up to two company representatives may attend as part of the sponsorship presentation.
• Content should focus on education, industry knowledge, and practical solutions that support workplace safety and health.

The MACSC Lunch Sponsorship Program is intended to provide valuable educational content while highlighting the companies and organizations that support the mission of improving safety throughout the construction industry.
